This Destination has 10 Cottages and 2 Family Villas Along with A Dinning Block and a Reception Block.

The Entire Landscape has been Strictly Designed to protect 100% Natural Levels and Vegetation. Mud Finished Exteriors with Eco Friendly treated Thatch Roof is a peace to the eye.

Solor Powered Lighting and Maximum use of low Heighted Lights are Important to minimise Light Pollution and create Environment Nearest to the perception of a Village.

Large Decks with the Accomodation serves as a Resting Add-on to the Tranquil of the place. Environmentally Sustainable Bamboo Wood Ceiling, Flooring and Walls have been Used which not only is Very Healthy from Physical Perspective but has great insulating properties. This Project is among a few Projects under the Vision of Creating Valmiki Nagar, Bihar’s First Eco City as per VTR Masterplan .
