Muskan
Designed on Lake Front of the Kaliasot Dam, the building is shaped into a linear structure with multiple common spaces and easy axis to all intermediate levels of the building, with visual and virtual axis to the exterior landscape.
The left side of the built mass acts as a residence spanning over two levels with living area, Kitchen and Drawing room on ground floor and four Bedrooms and a small open library area on the first floor. The Right side acts as the lawyer’s chamber with a reception, waiting area and cabin on the ground floor and a mini studio for supporting staff on the mezzanine level.
Separate Entries for the residence and the chamber helps protect the privacy of the spaces and facilitates segregation of users and easy axis to the built form. Open Parking Space for 4 Cars and a garage plus store acts as a dividing axis between the residence and the office.
